3. Payment Terms

All course fees for training batches offered by EVASS HR & IT Solutions must be paid in full or as per an agreed installment plan prior to the start of the batch via authorized payment gateways or designated bank accounts.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments made for live demos, training batches, course materials, or certification support with EVASS HR & IT Solutions are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable under any circumstances once class access or course materials have been provisioned.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to our services, website, or training programs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
